Is it possible to make changes to my event date?
Certainly! As long as you provide us with a minimum of 45 days advance notice, you can rearrange your event date up to two times without incurring any additional fees.
What is your policy regarding event cancellations?
For events that are rescheduled within 45 days, full payment for perishable items will be required. However, we strive to be as flexible as possible and will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Could you please explain how the billing process works?
Upon booking, we request a 50% down payment. The remaining 50% payment is to be made 24 hours prior to the commencement of your event.
How can I handle invitations for my guests?
Optimizing guest management is effortless with our user-friendly online system. You have the option to manage the ‘Invites’ section independently or delegate this task to us.
Could I obtain a receipt for my transaction?
